OK, so, in talking to the gang– eveyone is recovering from overeating — but the question is bang for the buck–

the 5 year plans are due in many states we have documentation in — and as i mentioned, i even have the original source materials –but they are in paper. like Ameritech fact books– or the original 5 state Ameritech plan for fiber to 6 million homes by 2000…(Deloiite studies– same used in PA and NJ

But to start — — I just checked and found that New Jersey is due tomorrow — NOB 30 at 5PM —

    Time for Your Feedback

The New Jersey Office of Broadband Connectivity seeks public comment on its draft Digital Equity Plan <strong style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>until November 30, 2023. The Office will review all comments and revise the Digital Equity Plan draft based on your input. OBC encourages New Jersey residents, community organizations, businesses, local units of government, and other groups to participate in the public comment periods.

I sent a working draft of what we were going to file in NJ —

and we have a lot of stuff we wrote about NJ — I don’t know if the doc has to be uploaded or the link to the doc would work —

It might be way to tight to deal with NJ — and the 5 year plan — and compared to the DISSCONNECT book, what would be amazing if we could show that the 5 year plan fails to detail the material facts we presented in the book as well as the filings, etc — And use this as a model.

Also, I wrote a series for data points and the 5 year plans –and this article has the links and overview. —

I will be filing by 5PM on the Nov 30ths something — So if you have time to try a 5 year plan and compare it to the book – but also the state filings we did —

    ——-

I ATTACH THE WORKING DRAFT of the last NJ thing we were going to file —

At the bottom of the Benton page are other states — —
